Our numerical turning workshop has 11 numerically-controlled cutting machines, most equipped with bar feeders to increase productivity. Equipped with the Esprit software, we can quickly produce high-performance and optimised machining programs, to shape the forms you imagine, whether by our side or not.We cover a wide product range, from Ø10 to Ø80 mm bars, up to Ø200mm billets. Our machines run on refrigerated straight oil coolant to achieve a consistently high accuracy over time.
The environment is itself organised through a policy of continuous storage. We also have a vacuum system for each of our machines to ensure the cleanliness of our workshop.
